To get proper frost bite try an LPG car that has a faulty filler valve, my hands have stuck to the filler nozzle a few times when putting gas into my dads car.

If it is the compressor that does need changed, is ones in scrapyards any good, or can they be reconditioned. New ones seem a bit pricey.

Seen a few few chaps in the breakers yards ignore how dangeraus it is and they learnt there lesson by it,

but you need to replace the seals with new ones, idont think there expensive tho, (Service Box to confirm,)
