Little Query !!

When sitting in my car with engine off and i want to operate the windows
i have to start the engine just turning the key to ignition on doesn't work ,does
everyone have to do this ??

Sounds weird, usually you just turn it to the acc position to operate the windows
Didn't you change the ignition barrel some time back? Maybe worth checking the connections.

Thought i remembered they used to work like that shall have to investigate .

Thanks lads i had a abdominal aeortic anurysum and 2 more in me groins
and they had to be done before bursting the 2 in my groins led to the
nurses having to move me willy while each time they changed me dressing mmmmmm
ecstacy

Seem to recall this window problem started at the same time as the wipers
decided to get a mind of their own

...hadn't noticed that, so checked - seems to work until you open and close a door.
