Getting more gadgets to add to my collection and bought the kwp2000 plus and it recognise my 2000 hdi but when going to read files an internal hardware (or software, 1 or the other) appears on screen, I know my ecu has a stored fault relating to fuel pump which I have not cleared, could this cause the problem?
Also ordered a galletto 1260 which is on route. Is this any good too and will any let me alter and change the ecu parameters or will I just have to send files to hdi-tuning to get them to alter and me to upload to ecu?
Kwp2000 plus advise?

Re: Kwp2000 plus advise?
The Galletto will let you read or write files to the engine ecu, it won't enable you to edit them in any way.
AFAIK, the KWP2000 is an alternative 'ecu flash programmer' and has similar functionality to the Galletto, (but i have no personal experience with this device).
