D8 drivers electric window problem.

After the battery went flat by my leaving the lights on by accident, the drivers window has developed a quirk, it goes down fine, but when you try and close it it will only go up about an inch at a time, not a major issue as all I need to do is take my finger off the switch then press it again until it moves a bit and stops, etc etc, it's just a little annoying.

Is there some kind of reset I can do to possibly fix this?

get it all the way down, hold the button for a few seconds (you should hear a click), now get the window all the way up and hold the button again (click), job jobbed.
