Bit of a random one- my side lights come on when I brake, then turn off when I release the brake pedal.
At the moment the third brake light is not working (fuse is fine, not got around to digging any further)- could it be Peugeots way of telling me there is a problem? or do I have a wiring gremlin which is causing it?

Take the bulbs out one by one and see if the problem is solved with any particular bulb removed.
You may have a bulb in wrong way round or the wrong bulb fitted.

Bad earth conenction on rear bulb holers
