Need wiring diagram D9 electric windows

Talk about the 406's electrical system, what wires do what, how to add extra functionality, etc.

Need wiring diagram D9 electric windows

Post by bl4ckclio »

Hi,
my driver's side electric windows "one touch" not function.
I have tried swapping the switch, and there is no problem with the switch.

Can someone give me schematic wiring diagram for D9's electric windows?
I think 1999-2002 Hayness Manual forget to put electric windows wiring diagram

sorry for my bad English :(

Regards,

Jay

I think this is the one

Not really sure what that's showing, I'll have to have a look on Sedre when I get time tomorrow (wife just came back from her holidays)

No, that's the right diagram, it just doesn't make any sense -

6002 - right hand window lift front switch
6036 - driver's door electric window/mirror control pad

Surely they're the same thing? Although the connector on 6036 is 16-way so I'd think this is the control panel with all the switches, and 6002 is 7 way, maybe the passenger side switch?

Give up with that,

That's for a semi.mux but the switch panel is the same part number, unlike the full-mux it actually shows you what's going on inside the switch. Wire codes should be the same but if you need to know what they actually are I can look them up and post them.

Hope that helps!

I have to stop being anti-social now :supafrisk:

edit: No idea why it's showing it twice, never mind

If I'm not mistaken, the function of "one touch/automatic" is controlled by the front driver side's motor (6032 on sedre)?
not by the driver's side switch itself (6036)?

I'm right?

I think that must be right as the driver's door window motor has 4 wires while the others have 2

Looks like the other two wires are a +ve and an earth, so I suppose if either of those have a problem then the one touch function won't work.

thanks a lot Steve

finally my "one touch" is working again.
the problem was inside regulator motor. there is a module/control unit contains IC and relay. Fortunately, not IC or relay was bad, but one track on pcb which burnt/disconnected.

sorry I didn't take a lot pictures.
but, get your window reg motor out of the door, then there is 3 torx screw, open them
you have to desoldered about 8-10pin to release the pcb.
inspect carefully them, if there is no missing track on pcd, maybe the best bet is replace the relay.

my conclusion is, when your driver's switch get error, the current flow continuously. it make the track on the pcb burnt.

I hope this can help anyone.

cheers.
