Talk about the 406's electrical system, what wires do what, how to add extra functionality, etc.

That looks nice but not all the instruments have instruments in them.

I have never owned a petrol car that had fuel injection, I've been running diesels for 30 years or more, the early ones I converted with a Perkins 4/99 - 4/108 engines and modified overdrive gearboxes. I did my first conversion in 1959 when Perkins were doing conversions for practically every popular British car, mine was a '55 Vauxhall Cresta. Brilliant kits they were, contained everything you needed.

Most of them wouldn't have lasted long enough to wear out a cam belt - if they had been invented then.
