After power off my radio is asking for a code. Can't find anything in the handbook or anywhere. I've read that the code can be calculated from the radio serial number which is PHAPFFW6009896 its a Philips 22DC722/65X anyone know how to work it out? On the 306 you add 1234 to the last four digits of the serial number but this method doesn't work here.
Grateful if anyone could help.

Hi,
You need a Code calculator, to generate the Code from serial number,
sometimes they dont work on some units,
the calculator ihave is showing 7698 as the code but that may be wrong,
you will find a calculator on the Www,

Hello, many thanks for your help. I tried the code but it didnt work. Ill have a look on line for a code generator as you suggest. Many thanks again for your help its much appreciated.
Ive found that I can buy a code on line for about a tenner, but the whole car isnt worth that!
Its just annoying! cheers Keith
