OBD Port

Talk about the 406's electrical system, what wires do what, how to add extra functionality, etc.

OBD Port

Post by Peter86 »

Hi guys - I am still having problems getting my OBD port to work. There seems to be no power to it.

I have changed all the relevant fuses and still no joy.

Anybody have any ideas how I can get it working again? Relays? (forgive me my electrical knowledge is terrible)

Have you checked the fuse to the headlight washers? I think this is the same fuse as the OBD port but I may be a bit confused....

EDit, just checked on the coupe forum - Autodata suggests F4 and F5. Both are 10A and are in the engine bay fuse compartment.

Hi Ginger magic - I am sure I pulled the head light washer fuse out as I had problems with them. I will check tonight.

Thanks again :cheesy:
