heaters air/con problem

Talk about the 406's electrical system, what wires do what, how to add extra functionality, etc.

I have yet to have problems with my blower motor, but from what I can remember the fan not running can be caused by a number of things. Most common among which are a faulty resistor pack (http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Peugeot-207-4 ... 35e20f110c) or a damaged/broken wire on the ignition barrel. I'm sure someone who's had this problem will be along soon to give you slightly better advice :D

Firstly suggest you verify which motor blower control unit . The one above is recessed in the passenger foot-well and held by a small screw and the other is attached directly to the blower motor...http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Heater-Blower ... 463e585e5f

I would go also with the ignition barrel problem.

When i was parked with A/C on and was about to start my trip, i let the car go down ( yeah noob lol ) and after that pufff no fan blower. Hope the problem is this because any good auto electrician can solve this to you in half an hour, they just need to find which wire is missing the 12v+ current after the motor is fired up.

Good luck
