406 Horn Wires Steering Column?

Hi

Hop you can help i have 2 problems that need sorting, and i am hoping i can get the answers here.

1: I have fitted a smaller steering wheel which i need to wire the horn up but i can not find the wires i need on the Horn Wires on the Steering Column. i want to use the wires to connect to a stand alone push button. can anyone help me please. i have pictures of the wires on the steering column but cant post them here yet.

2: Drivers door lock playing up with the central locking. can i disconnect the central locking for now until i get a new lock? i cant lock car at the moment and im getting frustrated with it.

Hi,
wouidnt you be best to wire in your own horn, using a relay?
rather than..patching into the cars wiring,

failing that, id guess you'd need a wiring diagram,
