Crazy central locking

OK you might know the answer to this, or perhaps have a good laugh at least:

I tried to marry up the ignition key to get the remote working again. Didn't work, again, despite following grateful step by step instructions from another member. Must be me I'm thinking.

However, it knocked out the central locking. I had to do the soft reset to get the CL working again and the remote still doesn't operate, but everything else is fine.

What do you make of that

scan with pp2000 and test the centra lock function.
