Yesterday i had a new compressor fitted and now the aircon is working A1. The problem is when i put it on auto regardless of the temperature setting the fans come on at full blast blowing hot air and that is how it stays. From reading previous posts and the aircon fitter i assume its the sensor near the interior light that is faulty? If i can find one at the scrappy is it just a case of remove the old one and replace it? The aircon fitter thinks it might cause problems with the systems interface or some such problem. At the moment everything electrical works apart from the climate control so i dont want to introduce more problems.Any advice would be welcome.
