Re: AIR BAG warning light
No need, you can hoist the seat up for a better look.
If you choose the remove the seat you can just undo the 4 torx bolts and tip it backwards without undoing the connectors...

Re: AIR BAG warning light
Hi a week behind as I had to go to a large town to find the male 4mm bullets I think I found the problem , one of the blue connectors was loose as was one of the others I changed all four but will have to wait until I can get someone with planet to clear the fault down if I got right . Thanks again Guy

The light should go off on its own next time you start the car......

Re: AIR BAG warning light
Today was going well until I read your reply, when we took the car to the garage the chap plugged in his diagnostic kit and tried to clear the air bag light , he said the fault was under the passenger seat but after he looked he said it would be a big job , After tipping the seats I could sort of understand why the blue and the small brown connectors were wrapped with insulation tape this was not the first time the lights had come on and the torx holding the seat rails were finger tight, anyway I am nearly 100% sure I have shorted the wires as was , I did one pair and marked them at a time , could it be related to the other connectors?

Re: AIR BAG warning light
well look, usually these problems are usually caused by some circuits which are colliding somewhere with a ground site (metal)
