alarm help please before my neighbours kill me

hi all my 98 lxs is deciding to upset my neighbours by keep sounding the alarm, last night it happend at 4 am and again at 5 am so im not to popular today, the remote i have is a one button type with no keypad immobilisar, in the car on both windscreen pillars there are ultrasonic sensors can these be disconected to see if they are at fault
