Sticking, or stupidly inaccurate... I'm not as experienced as some of the guys on here so I can't give you a specific answer, but I would suggest carrying a can of fuel around with you. It might even be an idea to let it run out as it might give you a better idea what's going on.

its quite common for the fuel flaps to lse their spring (mine has now
). I just wedge something (demister pad) under the release in the cabin and then press on the right hand side on the flap.
