Not in this bleedin' weather!

What sort of price is reasonable for one of these from the scrappie? I've seen one at £44 on eBay (buy-it-now).

Now I didn't tell you this, but someone I know just liberated one, while searching for something big & cheap....

I wouldn't pay more than £20 myself, £44 is way over the top.

Edit: dogslife, I was just thinking that but didn't type it! :supafrisk:

Hi.

Just to let you know that I installed the stalk I bought off eBay, and seems to have fixed the problem perfectly!

Thanks for your help with this.

That's only if it's got the Com2000 controls Steve, I think they were introduced 2001?

Com2000 description & problems on AussieFrogs

Thanks for the link, my wife has got home from work with the good news that the indicators when on right turn, instantly switch to left turn on straightening the wheel. The stalk has suddenly gone slack also.

Anyone know where to get them cheaper? I read there is a company that will rebuild your old unit for £100 plus vat.I would need to be without my wife's work vehicle for a few days though.

Our 406 is late 2001.
