ac not working

Talk about the 406's electrical system, what wires do what, how to add extra functionality, etc.

ac not working

Post by rapter »

new to this site, hope someone here can help.got an r reg 406 1.8 16 valve, saloon.the ac isnt working and the only way i can get the fan blower working to give heat is to bridge a live feed to the acc side on fuse box.seem to have lost power feed to fuse 21[where ever that comes from]which in turn doesnt allow blower fan or control panel to work.by putting a bridging feed in fan blower works, but only up to about three quarters, any more then fuse will blow.any where that i can get a proper wiring diagram, listing all fuses and relays, modules etc and their locations?

Welcome Rapter :)
Have you checked the fuses in the engine bay? On the right hand side if you're looking into the bay, behind the battery.
