Bought a 2.0 406 with electric mirrors a month or two ago. The passenger electric mirror was working, but didn't have full movement. The other day the mirror completely stopped working, and now it doesn't respond at all! the drivers side works perfectly, so i thought it was just the mirror unit and replaced it. But had no luck. But interestingly whenever i touched my torx bit touched the screws to hold the mirror on, i got a mini spark!
Also recently i hadn't started the car for a couple of days and when i came to start it, the air bag light began flashing.
Any ideas?

Check the wiring at the mirror's connector, sounds like something's shorting, perhaps the wire has been pinched and cut through the insulation somewhere?
