unlocks as soon as locked
hi went to lock my car today and as soon as i released the key from locking the central locking popped open straight away
, if i lock it from passenger side it works fine all doors lock inculding the drivers door, don't have remote locking as the fob has no buttons on it now so only ever use manual locking which doesn't really bother me but wondered if this is having effect on the central locking? if anybody could help that would be great, could this all be linked to a dodgy window switch?

Re: unlocks as soon as locked
I had this happen when I hadn't physically shut one of my doors properly and I went to use the remote locking. The car won't lock the doors until it reckons they're closed properly.
Try opening and shutting all your doors, and if it doesn't help, maybe there's a problem with whatever thingy-ma-bob the car uses to check if the doors are fully shut (showing my car-mechanical abilities here

Re: unlocks as soon as locked
Mine used to do the same.
A bit of spray lube on the hook of the lock on the offending door usually does it.
(Assuming it has the same problem mine did)
Cheers
