low brake fluid warning

low brake fluid warning
i have a 99 406 110 hdi ,when i put the handbrake on i get the low brake fluid warning on the display ,it goes off when i release the handbrake,the fluid level is ok ,also my remote key is not working how do i reprogram it thanks steve

The switch for the handbrake warning light flags the fault - you can either replace the switch after *much* faffing around or just give the lever a good'ole work out up and down for a minute or so (just make sure no-one's watching 
).
