Adding Rear Leccy Windows and Climate?

Tommorow im going to look at a 1.9TD 406 Estate L as my first car (was going to get a 306 HDi but nothing takes my fancy and I can get this at a good price).

Now pretty poverty spec and If I get it I want to add rear electric windows at a minimum. Can they be retro fitted? How easy is it and is there a guide?

Now I would really like to add climate but considering theres no air con im not sure how easy this would be? Any ideas welcomed.

I'l only have it for a year or two until I can afford my Uncles HDi Rapier on insurance and I can have that
