Anoying Alarm Problem

Anoying Alarm Problem

Hi there I have had a problem with my alarm since I had my car in for an MOT. The car had a bit of work done to it. Anti Roll Bar Drop Links, Timming Belt, Aux Belt, Oil + Filter, Sparks & Suspension Bushes. But since then the Alarm Keeps going off after around 10mins of it being armed. Could some of the above work have caused any damage to the alarm or a sensor. Or is there any way to reset or diagnose the alarm problem.
