bsi reset
Hi ive had my battery disconnected now for 3-4weeks decided to redo all earth points fix my lights etc,i was going to do a reset but window is not down so cant get into car without opening door, would disconnecting interior light switch at door before connecting battery up be ok so i can leave door open to do reset?also how many resets can you do will it do any damage with too many? is it a must to follow the bsi reset procedure in that order?cheers
Re: bsi reset
The procedure has to be followed to the letter. There's also sensors in the door locks
If your windows don't work, can you not get a helper to sit in the car?

<steve_earwig> I think this forum is more about keeping our cars going with minimal outlay than giving our cars more reason to go bang
Re: bsi reset
