changing dash to one with a rev counter

its a base model 1.8l estate d8, i have the clock as the large dial on the left,as opposed to a rev counter,

how hard is it to swop to one with a rev counter,are the wires there to plug in or not

as i like those new dials on the other thread,

i was going to add a 52mm rev counter on a pod to the dash anyway

It's a straight swap, going by a forum thread I read some while back (not on here, it was before I joined!)

just missed a set of executive door panels the other day,seen the car in breakers 2 weeks ago but they had the bailer in at weekend

just a thought as i dont no if the wires are there for the dash it dosnt mean that the sensors/connections are on the engine
