Yea, it was when I put it all back together *without* the steering bolt!
The airbag had to come off again and the wire broke off the solder on the blue connector. Soldered it back on.
It took me a few goes to get both sides to pop up together but then it just lifted off.
Spent hours fiddling with it but couldn't get it to pop-off nicely! (oo-er!

If you're fiddling with the Infinite Improbability drive I suppose it's the same deal as the airbags - reach in to turn the key. Things might get a bit cramped if it turned into a bowl of petunias.
Definitely, reached in and stood well back when I turned the key, lest the airbag turn into a whale!
