Oil temp cluster installation in "pre-mux" D9

Talk about the 406's electrical system, what wires do what, how to add extra functionality, etc.

Sorry for the delay had a problem with the virtual machine sedre was running on.

Oil sensor is 4100. was under my car the other day and I can confirm that the sensor has all 3 wires however I haven't checked how far they go, I think it will go as far as the round connecter under the battery.
From what I can see on the clocks is the oil gauge is controlled by the cpu in the clocks so not sure if its possible to mod the 4 dial.

I have many more diagrams on the looms and connecters if you need them, had to put mine on hold as I have lots of welding to do before the MOT

Thanks a lot for the reply, I was on vacation and didn't have time to look into this. I think I'll also postpone the oil temp installation since it seems quite complicated (the easiest way remains swapping the whole cluster instead of "tuning" mine) and also I have other pendings more important to solve on the car.
