Hmmm, the pugs cruise only works in 4th and 5th and only above about 25mph. Sometimes I resume from 30 to 70 in 5th, but that's just 'cos I'm lazy

My mate used to have an automatic XJ6 which was fun on the cruise. You know those dual carriageways with loads of roundabouts? 90 on cruise, press cancel and coast / brake to about 30, sweep through the roundabout majestically then press resume and whoooooooooosh, 90 again :P :P 8) 8)

Seems to be about 35-40 on my D9/ES9J4 coupe. The cruise itself doesn't work, but I can hear the relay clicking when it's activated/deactivated
<steve_earwig> I think this forum is more about keeping our cars going with minimal outlay than giving our cars more reason to go bang

Well, it's been OK for months, now the gremlin returns......
Yesterday it worked for half my journey to work - refused on the second half
Worked OK all the way home / later in the evening.
Didn't want to know this morning

Between this & my bro's air bag light, I'll be spending the weekend in various 406 footwells.....nice :frown:
