Immobiliser Issues

Talk about the 406's electrical system, what wires do what, how to add extra functionality, etc.

Immobiliser Issues

Post by ragekage1 »

Hello all

im hoping you can help. :(
ive got a 1998 406 2.0 Turbo which is starting to give me headaches by not starting whenever it decides it cant be arsed.
im looking for info on either which wires i need to look at to check connections for corrosion, bad contact etc. or just bypassing the immobiliser completely.

hopefully you guys can help.

Thanks

if you can get the engine running you can then unplug the wires from the back of the immobiliser, this will bypass it
