service box help for a 307 please

A work colleague has asked me about a problem on his 307 hdi, his rear wiper and front washers have stopped working and he's got his MoT next week. He initially asked me if I knew which fuses were which, however I'm more inclined towards dodgy wiring/arm as they are both controlled from the same stalk.
Can anyone post a wiring diagram please and maybe the fuse numbers just in case, it's a 53 plate 307 hdi, i've got the reg but not the vin.

The wiring diagrams on Service Box cost money to look at, so obviously I'm not too keen to do that. The fuse diagrams will be in the handbooks which you can access yourself, they're on the bit of Service Box you don't have to log into here. I'm not really sure which one I'm meant to be looking at but it appears they're not even on the same fuse panel, so it's looking like somewhere towards the stick and it looks like it's a COM2000 with all the troubles that implies. On the diagram I looked at the fuse that does the COM2000 also does the stereo & MFD, does anything else on his car not work?

Thanks for the quick response, unfortunately he works in Bristol and I'm in the west mids so it's a bit tricky to check it over properly. As far as he knows all is good apart from the washers and wipers so I,ve told him to firstly check the fuses and then clean the contacts on the com2000. Hopefully it should cure things, if not he's looking at an expensive trip to the stealers for diagnostics.
He's up here tomorrow for a meeting so I might get a look at it unless he's in a pool car. (When I say pool car I mean a car for general use by employees, not a 406 with leaky light clusters or flooded footwells )
