wiring in drivers electric seat

hi im in need of some advice, im trying to wire in a leather electric seat from a phase2 into my phase1, i am doing it without the ecu i got a wiring diagram from a chap on here on how to do it but i cant remember who, any idea who it was? also the diagram shows 2 earths but i cant find any on the drivers seat coming from the switches like they do on the passenger side, am i being stupid or can someone tell me where they are or where i have to put them? cheers any help greatly appriciated
