passanger window wont work

Talk about the 406's electrical system, what wires do what, how to add extra functionality, etc.

Amen to that. Sorted out the same issue in driver side window and it was due to corroded and oxidized contacts. Clean with contact cleaner and apply some oil to prevent further corroding/oxidizing. Slightly bent the pins of the male socket to ensure 'tight contact' with the female socket.
