Car broke down yesterday, battery died

ive got an amp and sub aswell and found out the battery was an SAE 400 amp one, isnt the sri turbo ment to be a 540? im hoping this was why it died and not another problem, recovery guy said was the battery, but why didnt the battery just recharge? i drove with most stuff off apart from headlights thinkikng it would recharge. got a 540 SAE in there now.

Modern batteries just seem to die these days without any warning.

I've no idea what battery it's meant to have. Service Box lists loads but doesn't say which is which. I just stuffed the biggest battery that I could get in the box in mine

its a common issue wih the winter months , batterys die quick ,

few friends have knocked on my door asking for jump leads this winter ,

i have 2 amps in my car and 2 subs , a normal good battery will be ok i never have any problems

I think my batteries gettting progressivley worse, might need some more acid.

Mine got acid pooring out of negative terminal and have to jump start it all the time, getting used to being 1 am every time i get in my car now
