foglights

Talk about the 406's electrical system, what wires do what, how to add extra functionality, etc.

foglights

Post by tux2006 »

I was wondering whether it is possible to fit foglights to my D8 406 LX as you probably know this car doesn't come with foglights but it has the cutouts in the front bumper where they should be?

it was very foggy dwn my way last year nearly had a few near misses as a result :x
I don't want to fit the big boy racer 1's as it would look stupid and im not a twat :|

any ideas whether this would be possible to easily do?

you'll need the lamps & mountings, switchgear and relay. The loom should be there just waiting to be connected. Shouldn't be a taxing job.

Watch this space :)

The is precisely what I am planning to do with my LX.

Already have some foggies and switch lined up for me. I check under the hood and all the fuses are already in place. Should be a simple plug n play affair.

As soon as I get the cash to the man with the foggies, I'll update ya'll on the installation.
