2 quick easy questions

1.- How do I prevent the alarm from going off before I disconnect the battery
2.- Once the alarm is ringing HOW DO YOU KILL IT!? unlocking, immobiliser code and starting the car didn't stop it!

1. I'd always found that as long as the car is unlocked you should be able to disconnect the battery without the alarm going off?
2. You have to hold down the internal sensor disable button to switch it off
