Reprogramme Keyfob

I'm sure I've seen it in the forums somewhere, but I can't find it - so I apologise in advance!

How do I reprogramme my keyfob after replacing batteries? I've got a 1998 LX DT. The keyfob has two buttons and a little red light beside the main button.

Any help, or info on where the details are, greatly appreciated!
