I noticed at the weekend there is a small grill in the plastic by my interior light but not sure why.
If I had aircon I'd expect a temp sensor behind it but as I don't should there still be a sensor?
I must say the blower never gets cold even on the lowest setting so if there is a sensor I could change/clean that would be great.
Any thoughts?
I'll get some pics up if it helps, car spec in my sig.

Re: What's this for?
It is a grille, behind which is a 'sample fan' and a temp sensor for the climate control.
It's a tiny propeller and draws a bit of the cabin's air across a sensor. They can seize up with fluff but apparently can recover after a good clean and spring back into life

Thanks Welly I assumed my poor old non-aircon LX wouldn't have such things and just ran from the twisty temperature pot, I'll have a look and a play when it's light and dry.
