heated mirrors
can anybody shed some light,want to know if my 406 110 hdi glx 02 plate has heated mirrors,if so how do u switch them on.i had a laguna 02 plate and they were auto on that and were realy helpfull in the winter.

iirc, the Heated mirrors Work when the Rear screen Heater / De-mister. is on,

thanks lozz,nice to know,with all the rain up here,find it hard to reverse when mirrors covered in rain,or is that just me.

I park in between 2 concreat bollards.with about a 2 inch either side and in the dsrk i find kt easyier with the side mirrors.but in the rain i struggle.

It will take a long time for the mirrors to get hot enough to dry off rain, i'm guessing about 5 mins on mine. But they will dry off mist or fog very quickly.

My D8 GLX had heated mirrors so it's a safe bet the D9 will have them.

Ispray the Mirrors on my cars With that Rain X glass cleaner,
it seems to keep them Clear,
idont know whats in it but it Repells water, so it seems,

ithink it works out Cheaper in Halfords than buying it :via ebay, postage costs make it more expensive than shop price,

but if youve got any fine scratches iwouidnt use it on a visor imho
the Rain x drys to a white residue which you buff off on glass if you get what imean
