Re: Rear brake light above tailgate
Hi & welcome to the site.
The high level stop light shares a fuse with one of the other two, but I can't remember which one and my Haynes is at home - I'll check later unless someone beats me to it. Hopefully, that'll be it.

Re: Rear brake light above tailgate
Hi welcome to the forum.
Well,if you mean on that break light under the roof, that strip, i belive its going down by pressing with some sharp thing, from both sides of it and than pull it down, slide.
I m not sure of this,so if you want, try it this way but be carefoull,or wait for doggy to come home and check it with haynes.
I was looking at this issue myself too,but i forgot the exact order of it.
Hope i helped

Re: Rear brake light above tailgate
Bad news.
Left hand + hi level stop light = F11; R/hand stop light = F12, (both in the passenger compartment fusebox).
AFAIK, the hi level lamp unit has multiple bulbs so it's unlikely they have all failed. Hope I'm wrong, but I suspect you may have broken wire(s) in the tailgate wiring loom.
