I've been looking for a replacement sat nav display for my exec as the original one fitted is just starting to break up especially in the cold weather, still very readable but the few dead lines which annoy me,been watching ebay for ages and ages and the prices are getting stupid thats even if you can get a half decent one,saw this http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/221205156056? ... 26_rdc%3D1 ] and snapped it up,changed the broken facia for my good one and just installed it (all of 10mins) and pleased to say the screen seems 100% clear even in the reverse display mode.Very happy!

Last good one I saw went for over £120.....

Been meaning to mention that my display, (which is 100% OK), did come up with loads of vertical lines missing on one extremely cold + failing battery occasion, but recovered as soon as it had been running a few minutes. Made me wonder if this could indicate a driver rather than display problem and they might be fixable after all......

2008 BMW E91 330i touring (great fun - murdered by a reversing SUV)
2007 BMW E91 325i touring (slower smoother quieter)
A strange thing happened when i plugged the replacement screen in though,it said "downloading" or "updating" (can't remember which) "do not turn off" and i had to wait a few minutes while a progress bar on the display finished.I know have slightly different MPG readings, whereas it used to go from 47,9 to 49,6 mpg it has 47,9 to 48,8 to 49,6 mpg I though the display was just that,a display but does it do more? or is the one i fitted a later version although my car is a very late 2003 my original must have been a late one.

Looks a bargain, but I need to see the screen before buying.
I have 5 remotes anyway....

I'd be selling off some of those remotes to fund a screen if i were you .I bought a screen from a seller and it was so bad there were more lines than screen but to be fair to the chap he refunded in full and said keep the old screen, might be worth asking about there returns policy on it.

Yes, not a bad price but could have gone much higher if the screen was lit up for the photo.
I am happy to wait until a good one pops up, my screen is still readable ( just )
