pp numpty

Talk about the 406's electrical system, what wires do what, how to add extra functionality, etc.

Right an update,
My buddy the I.T man has finaly sorted it 8) .
A wiped clean computer & a fresh install of windows xp pro 32bit, not to mention a lot of cursing at a doggy ripped off program :x
& the none logical way in which you have to install it & I now have fully functioning pp2000 :cheesy: .
Not to mention the £85.00 for the pp2000 kit & the £108.00 for the laptop  .
We have even tested it on a freinds 2004 206 & it worked a treat, so now tomorrows job is to sort out my motor :supafrisk:
So a warning to anyone thinking of buying this set up, it is a real pain to install even if you are very experianced with computers

Don't forget to choose either 406 ( D8 ) or 406R ( D9 ), the picture gives it away really.

Schoolboy error but I think most of us here have done it..

Hopefully it will be money well spent :cheesy: 8)

Definetely a worth while investment, it can be a pain to get it running depending on where you source it from, i remember i never used the discs which came with the interface itself

You wouldn't fully appreciate the wonder of PP2000 without the mental anguish, frustration and near loss of the will to live that characterises a successful installation.

It get's even better when your laptop pops its clogs just long enough afterwards so you can't remember where you screwed up last time.

Inpsired, that's what it is.

Well done that man! Beer o'clock sounds good / well deserved.

Is that you sorted now, or do we have more 'opportunities' to revel in?

Fully working just as it should, no fault codes bar one :x
It's telling me theres a fault with the arial connection, hence the loud beeping  .
I am just in the process of trying to drop down the roof lining to access the bleading thing :!:
