xbox in a car

Talk about the 406's electrical system, what wires do what, how to add extra functionality, etc.

You'll need a 12v - 240v power inverter, there's one for about £30 on Ebay HERE

You'll also need a screen, after that it's just about the wiring to get the picture on screen and the sound out of your stereo via an AUX connection.

Does it have audio and video inputs? If so, you're laughing.

Do you want to do a trick install and hide things or do you just want to plug it in?

You can strip your Xbox down to core components and hide them.... motherboard / psu in glovebox ( Idea ) CD tray in heater vents or below stereo, with all the buttons in the ash-tray area... sockets for controllers in the rear of the center console unless your using wireless and then S-Video into your Screen and audio into AUX of stereo unless your using headphones?

Is it Xbox or X360?

If it's a 360 you'll have to pay careful attention to the amount of power you're pulling, I think (from memory) the PSUs are rated to something like 800W!
