cut out on me code p0230

After picking up my daughter from school today my car had a massive cough then died on me after few min it fired up and drove fine eml came on had tac out to be sure and he said rear pump was on its way out but his code reader threw up P0230 and fuel relay circuit malfunction and low flow any ideas wats up eml reset running fine

It couid be a twitchy inertia switch.
I've just fixed similar problem-but that was on a pug 206
It'd be worth checking the connector too the inertia switch is making good contact
Cable tie is a good fix,if that's the cause.

Might not be that-but its worth a look before condemning the lift pump.

Inertia switch is tight against body of car no rattles from it can't push switch down

bridge the inertia switch with a piece of wire and connectors to eliminate it
