rear elec windows cut off switch
mine doesnt seem to function. any thoughts on whether they are problematic generally, or whether the terminals will just need cleaning? 1999 car.

Hehehehe....my car is a 1999 and did exactly the same when I bought it!
The isolation switch never really gets used enough. It's a 'latching' switch - push on/push off. You need to give it a good whacking with your fist on/off and all around the switch mounting plate and it should free it off, honestly.

excellent news. My £1250 purchase is getting more attractive by the minute.Welton wrote:Hehehehe....my car is a 1999 and did exactly the same when I bought it!

re the prev. posting, it has a dim light on all the time when the ign is on, but there is some red paint which appears when the switch is up/on! Should I have more light that that?!
