damn electric windows!

hi does anyone know what could be wrong with my passeger side window as my driver side still works.Ive tried replacing the switch and stll nothing my and my mate tried hooking it straight to the battery and it went down.I am still bamboozled what it is.

if you have lived the motor direct and changed the switch, it can only be a wiring fault. the prime target for failure is where the loom passes between the body and the door. constant opening and closing can cause the wires to break.
