front wiper fault

Talk about the 406's electrical system, what wires do what, how to add extra functionality, etc.

front wiper fault

After fixing all my other electrical maladies, my wipers have decided to play up. When i first start up i have no wipers. Moving the stalk up and down a few times, they spring to life.
The rain sensor lights up on intermittant without them going.
If I tap the BSI unit they start up. Anyone had one of these apart?
I assume they have some sort of relay as I can here it click when the intermittant starts the wipers.
I won't have chance to look at it until sunday. :cry:

Sorry, no. I'd love to see one but there's only one way I can think that I'd get the chance... Hopefully it's just the relay, try reseating it then swapping it out.

I'll have a looksee on sunday and take some piccys.
