I don't think you'll find one for free I'm afraid
The haynes schematics have been pretty good for the work I've done, I believe there are manuals on http://public.servicebox.peugeot.com/, you can register for free but the electrical diagrams you have to subscribe for. There are also people selling DVD's on ebay with the service manuals, these may be worth a look for £7!
