The bulbs are part N83CF from maplins - £1.99 for 2, about the same price from Halfrauds, or you can buy them individually from the stealers for twice the price (mine only sells them with the holder). You'll want to replace all the lights at the same time because it's a royal pain to get to.
1) Take out the trip computer/temperature display/radio display/shelf (dependent on trim level) sitting next to the hazard light switch. Just lever it out gently from the bottom using a flat screwdriver and unplug it (there's a little clip in the middle of the plug)
2) Pop out the end cap to the left of the hazard light switch
3) You should now see 4 torx screws. Remove them.
4) Pull the panel out, disconnecting the hazard switch, windscreen switch, any other switch.
5) Pull the radio out and unscrew the 2 torx screws at the top of the hole
6) You can now pull the heater/ac panel out and change the screws. Just turn the holders about 90 degrees anticlockwise to free them, pull the bulbs out of the holders and replace. You may need a small pair of pliers/tweezers to help you here if any are recessed.
7) Switch the lights on to check it's all good. Make sure nothing electrical's touching anything metal of course

The above in reverse
See why you want to replace all the lights?
