Ignition key/barrel problem

Hello,

Hope someone can help, the barrel on my 2001 Hdi has gone. I've got a new barrel and blade off ebay. Is there a way
of getting the blade out of my non remote key so I can insert the new blade.

I can only use non remote key as the remote key has lost it's sync to the immobiliser
