ignition wire for stereo
I am in the process of wiring a phone kit into my 406 rapier mk2, i did have a kit, but i have upgraded and having a few problems with the wiring of the new kit, can anyone tell me which wire or colour of wire on the iso plug is for the ignition. The owners munual does not say.

if I recall correctly, RED is perm live and Yellow is switched live.
The best way to check, is to have a multimeter handy and check. I wouldn't advise doing this unless your confident but I used the aerial plug as my earth and then tapped my red prong for the multimeter onto each pin on the iso harness and checked whilst turning the ignition on and off.
